Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

OnNetwork does not sell your personal information for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the term “sharing” is defined broadly to include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — advertising that targets you based on personal information obtained from your activity across non-affiliated websites or services.

We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.

Opt Out of Non-Essential Tracking

Even though we do not sell or share your information, you can still opt out of all non-essential analytics and marketing tracking. Strictly necessary cookies (those required for sign-in, payments, and security) will remain on so the site continues to function.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request without any further action required from you.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents may submit opt-out requests, as well as other privacy requests (access, delete, correct), at /legal/privacy-request/. We may verify the agent’s authority and your identity before acting on the request, consistent with applicable law.

Other Privacy Rights

For all other rights — including access, deletion, correction, and portability — please see our Privacy Policy or submit a request via the privacy request form.
