Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 25, 2026

OnNetwork (https://www.onnetwork.com/) is committed to making our tutoring marketplace accessible to people with disabilities. We work to follow and apply the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard for the public-facing parts of our site.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review new and existing content, components, and integrations against WCAG 2.1 AA, and we improve the site as issues are identified. Some content on OnNetwork is provided by mentors, students, and third-party services (for example, embedded video, scheduling tools, and payment processing). Accessibility of third-party content may vary, and we cannot always guarantee that third-party components meet the same standard.

Compatibility

OnNetwork is designed to be compatible with the assistive technologies most commonly used today, including:

No Accessibility Overlay Widgets

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. Independent research and disability advocacy organizations have shown that overlay widgets do not substitute for real accessibility work and can in some cases make sites harder to use. Instead, we invest in fixing accessibility issues at the source.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on OnNetwork, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.
